Demo. & replacement of existing North Area parking and drives with new concrete drives, drop-off lane, parking and sidewalks for the new proposed Kinder / Elementary building addition. Demo., Replacement and Modification of existing Southwest parking areas, drives and drop-off lane along "Nuestra Drive" with new drive entrances, concrete drives, drop-off lane, parking and sidewalks for the existing Middle School Main entrance. Demo., replacement and modification of existing damaged Fire Lane drive along the south and east sides of the building. Repair and upgrading of landscaping and irrigation sprinkler system in conjunction with new proposed Kinder / Elementary Building addition. Repair, upgrading and expansion of existing practice field along south side of site. Repair and upgrading of existing practice field along east side of site into a play area for Kinder / Elementary / P.E. Gym Building Addition. Includes a one (1) Kinder Play Area / Play Surface and one (1) Elementary Play Area / Play Surface. Repair and upgrading of courtyard area formed by construction of new proposed kinder / elementary addition and existing building. Upgrades to include paving, planters, landscaping and irrigation. City of Dallas required storm water on-site retention area (surface type) required due to new building addition and expansion of parking areas Renovation of existing Kitchen, Serving and Cafeteria areas.
