Determination not to revoke the countervailing duty order due to expression of interest by interested party. ' 4. By order of the CIT, Commerce rescinded its 13 August 1990 revocation of the countervailing duty order, reinstated the order effective 18 May 1992 and continues to suspend liquidation of entries on the subject merchandise. Furthermore, Commerce directed the US Customs Service to require a cash deposit in the amount of 4.53 per cent, ad valorem, the last published deposit rate, for each entry of the subject merchandise. 5. Amendment to final results of countervailing duty administrative review following the Extraordinary Challenge Committee's upholding of the Panel's order affirming the 29 November 1992 redetermination. 6.
