The Bid Form has been revised to consolidate all of the work and to correct discrepancies in quantities from the plans. The revised bid form is attached. 2. The number of new 8 gate valves in the previous bid form was incorrect; the number has been corrected in the attached bid form to 11 (10 off site and 1 on site). Further, on sheet PP1, note 16, the three referenced 8 gate valves are existing, the work required is for setting valve boxes to the new finished grade. 3. An item has been added for Sheeting, Shoring, and Bracing 4. The List of Proposed Subcontractors (to be submitted with bids), page 00470-1 will be replaced with the revised form attached. 5. The List of Proposed Subcontractors (to be submitted after bid opening), page 00470-3 is eliminated in its entirety. DRAWINGS 1. The drawings have been revised. The attached document lists changes by sheet number. 2. The electrical drawings have been revised significantly to change the control system to XiO cloud based SCADA.
