Its responsibilities are exercised with regard to people living in the territory of the "French-language region" (Wallonia, with the exception of the inhabitants of the German-speaking Community) and the monolingual Francophone institutions of the "bilingual Brussels-Capital Region". In most domains, the local authority obtains performances above the sector average, except in environmental issues. On several themes, the Administration Contract fixes objectives and targets, to be implemented through specific actions. The local authority reveals to have policies and measures to reduce its environmental impacts from energy use and management of environmental impacts from transportation. On the other hand, in terms of policy, waste and water management reveals that there is still some room for improvement. In terms of human resources, the French Community has a good record for commitments, implementation systems and results for most drivers under review. Moreover, the Code of Conduct obliges the organization to respect human rights and to guarantee equal opportunities both to employees and service recipients. factor in the supply chain. In terms of corruption prevention there are detailed guidelines, which address the main responsibilities of the organisation. Governance themes achieve a better performance than the sector average. The nomination process of the main executives is clear, while there is no reporting on attendance at local council meetings.
