An additional parking need can be managed via the adjacent and fully fenced parking plot of c. 18,000 sqm, designed to facilitate 117 parking spaces for trucks and/or additional parking spaces for passenger cars. Same as its predecessor AMS Cargo Center II will be developed in a JV between Built to Build and Proptimize. The complex has been designed by DENC Architects. The vendor of the land is SADC. 6
