Job Responsibility: A) Executive Director (Exports) The incumbent is expected to: Focus on new territories for exporting its products across the globe. Formulate and implement strategies for business development and enhancing market share. Identify and set up Regional Offices that would provide end-to-end solutions. Responsible for Post-sales engagement including operational support, maintenance and after sales-service. The incumbent should also have experience in senior position in the following areas: Marketing high value industrial & allied machinery & equipment, catering to diverse sectors such as Mining & Construction, Defence, Rail & Metro and Aerospace business domain. International exposure in marketing capital goods and should have dealt both sales & after sales service activities either on his own or through dealers. B) Chief General Manager (Exports) & General Manager (Exports) The incumbent should have: Sound Marketing exposure. Expertise in commercials. Should have handled Marketing of Industrial Products in a large Engineering/Automobile Industry/Earth Moving equipments. Preference will be given to Executives who have handled Marketing, Sales and Service of Construction & Mining equipment. Should be able to spearhead marketing activities of the Business Group, manage HOD s of service, parts and equipment sales department within the Business Group and interact with Quality, Planning, Production Control to implement sound Marketing Strategies. Ability to assist the International Business Division to improve export of products, outsourcing of service and products / aggregates, improve value of sales and diversification. Expertise and exposure to Market Research ensuring customer satisfaction & interaction with institutions and agencies for Marketing. Demonstrate a vision for the Marketing department and strategies to improve market share of the company s products. Ability to choose successful product that the company should manufacture and market in future. Formulate and implement strategies for business development and enhancing market share. 2

C) Assistant General Manager (HR) & Senior Manager (HR) The incumbent should have prescribed post qualification experience preferably in engineering industries in the areas of Human Resources/ Industrial Relations, Compliance of statutory requirements including contract labour matters, formulation and implementation of HR Policies, Human Resource Planning, Performance Management System, Training & Development, Welfare, General Administration etc. The incumbent shall also be responsible for - Ensuring a consistent approach to HR activities and compliance with organization policies and legal requirement. Drive organization resource plans, talent reviews, succession plans, high potential individual development plans and performance management. Implement a methodology for identifying and tracking critical roles and individuals ensuring adequate organization focus on such roles and individuals. Identify and facilitate people and organization effectiveness interventions that improve organization dynamics. Provide relevant HR expertise and experience to effectively coach/counsel managers and employees. Co-own the agenda to develop a greater creative culture in the organization. D) Assistant General Manager (Company Secretariat) The prospective candidate shall assist the Company Secretary in discharging the following roles & responsibilities in the Company Secretariat: Compliance with the provisions under Companies Act, 2013 Compliance with regulations under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Compliance with DPE guidelines on Corporate Governance for CPSEs. Preparation of Agenda and minutes for Board Meetings, Audit Committee Meetings and other meetings of Board Committees of the Company & its subsidiaries. Maintenance of all statutory Records and Registers as required under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws. Dealing with Stock Exchanges for filing returns and other regular correspondence for a listed Company. E-filing of various returns with Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Co-ordination with Registrar & Share Transfer Agent of the company and Redressal of Investors grievances. Assistance in preparation of Annual report of the Company and convening Annual General Meeting. Co-ordination with Statutory Auditors / Government Auditors / Secretarial Auditors, etc. Other directives as issued from time to time regarding related matters. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Only Indian Nationals may apply.
