Pricelist 2019 for Switzerland This price list replaces all previous price lists of efreight AG. It contains the price of licenses and modules for the use of the services offered. General licensing rules: The license is valid per single company (legal form) and for all its branches in the same country. for subsidiary / sister companies in the same country are charged at 50% rate and at the same conditions as the parent company. Subsidiary / sister companies abroad must acquire separate licenses per country in the respective national currency according to a separate price list. A Transaction defines the receiving or forwarding (With or without conversion) of a shipping order, consignment or data file, including the corresponding status feedback. The EDI includes the pure data transmission. We offer the Swiss standard format UN / EDIFACT IFTMIN01B from Spedlogswiss / GS1. efreight AG can implement all other data formats (E.g. Customer in-house system format) at separate fee, according to the interface description of the licensee. The annual license includes the first level support via email as well as assistance with upgrade releases. For further support and / or training, we charge EUR 200 per hour fee (min. 15 min.). For logistic providers and carriers performing functions on behalf of main account holder, the license fee will be charged for their core business and will include the other functions without additional fees. An upgrade from a Standard or Business license to a higher level is possible at any time by paying the difference. The licensee must register at www.efreight.ch and accept the General Terms and Conditions. All prices are in URO excluding VAT. Prices are subject to change at any time. License fees are due from the first month of operation and will be charged pro-rata until December 31 of the first year. for subsequent periods are valid for one calendar year and will be invoiced in February. By finalizing an order, a contract is concluded between the customer and efreight AG. The contract may be terminated by either party at the end of a calendar year with a minimum notice of 30 days in writing. In absence of a notice of termination by the customer, the contract is automatically extended by one calendar year. Upon finalization of the order and establishment of the contract, 50% of the agreed project cost will be charged as a deposit. The invoice for the remaining amount will be issued after completion of the installation project. Term of payment for all invoices of efreight AG is 10 days after the date of issue.
