INSTALLATION TIPS Hydronic Cut 1. Lay under the concrete slab only. The ground must be flat and levelled (ideally compacted). 2. If needed, apply a vapour-barrier membrane on the ground before covering your surface with UNIFOAM boards. 3. Insert hydronic floor heating pipes in the required direction between notches. Use 1/2 in (13mm), 5/8 in (16mm) or 3/4 in (19mm) pipes. 4. Once pipes are installed, you can pour concrete directly onto UNIFOAM boards Refer to your local Building Code.
