Cement WORKS, NIMBAHERA (RAJ) Compliance report of Environment Clearance for Nimbahera - Ahirpura Lime Stone Mine (For the Period from April 2013 to September 2013) Reference Letter from MOEF, New Delhi - J-11015/83/2004-IA.II Dated 30.05.2005 ( I ) The environmental clearance is subject to approval of the State Landuse Department, Mining lease was granted on 22.02.1968. (vi ) Regular monitoring of ground water level and quality should be carried out by establishing a network of existing wells and constructing new piezometers during the mining operation. The monitoring should be carried out four times in a year - pre-monsoon ( April-May), monsoon ( August ), post-monsoon ( November ) and winter ( January ) and the data thus collected may be sent regularly to MOEF, Central Ground Water Authority and Regional Director Central Ground Water Board. Report are being sent regularly on schedule time. Last report of Ground Water Level & Quality for Monsoon season was sent on 03/09/2013.vide letter no. NBH/PC-14/4133 - ( August'2013).
