Important Information for Exhibitors Show Schedule Sunday, May 19 Tuesday, May 21, 2019 9:30 a.m. 4 p.m. San Diego Convention Center San Diego, CA Exhibit Eligibility DDW views the Exhibit Hall as an integral part of the educational and scientific program. Qualified exhibitors are limited to organizations whose exhibits promote an awareness of products, technologies and services approved by DDW as being in harmony with, and supportive of, the objectives of the meeting. DDW has the sole right to determine the final eligibility/ qualification of any firm, organization, agency or product to participate in the Exhibit Hall. Rulings shall, in all instances, be final with regard to allowed use of exhibit space. New Exhibitor Booth Pricing DDW offers new companies, or companies who have not exhibited in the past three years, special pricing. Please contract Show Management for more information. Booth Fee Type Standard Price Inline (per sq. ft.) 100 sq. ft. minimum $32 Corner (each) $200 Island (per sq. ft.) 200 sq. ft. minimum $37 Nonprofit (per sq. ft.) $7* The nonprofit rate applies to groups that promote special interest causes. All groups are required to provide documentation of nonprofit status. Hospitals (and clinics) are eligible for nonprofit rate with documentation of nonprofit status. Any organization that intends to recruit a physician for a hospital, clinic or group practice is not eligible for the nonprofit status and will need to reserve space at the full booth rate. What s Included with the Booth? Each booth space includes the following at no additional charge: Company listing on the Exhibit Hall floor plan, DDW Mobile App and in the Exhibit Section in DDW Daily News. 44" x 7" identification sign indicating your company name and booth number (corner and insides only). 8' draped back wall and 3' draped side wall (corner and insides only). Unlimited complimentary exhibitor badges for booth personnel. Payment Schedule 50 percent payment due upon booth selection; final payment due Dec. 1, 2018. Failure to meet payment schedule will result in booth being placed back into inventory. Submission of your exhibitor contract online, is an acknowledgment of all DDW policies, payment schedules, cancellation polices and rules and regulations. Exhibitor Housing: Official Housing Vendor onpeak Reservations for hotel accommodations must be made through the official housing provider. Exhibitor housing opens in January 2019.
