7. Noise Limits EPA Licence Sections: 3L5 Type of Monitoring Point: Noise monitoring Units of Measure: db(a) Monitoring Frequency: Yearly. Normally in April Sampling Method: Professional standard noise logger EPA Identification Number: Nil Location Description: The dwelling identified as Landholder Key 13 in Figure ES-2 of the EIS. (Refer to Figure 5, below.) Summary: Monitoring occurred from 16 April 2014 17 April 2014. Weather conditions in Broken Hill Wind 16-04-14: SW wind 9-13 kmh gusting to 28 kmh 17-04-14: SSW wind 6-13 kmh gusting to 26 kmh Fine and Clear with no cloud. Noise emanating from the MSP was barely audible. Spikes in sound recordings indicated major source of noise were birds, cars approaching residence and wind gust. Table 7.
