GENERAL OBJECTIVES Contribute in improving rural sustainable development and natural resources management and conservation, breaking thus the vicious cycle of resource base degradation and rural poverty decline 4

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES Support sustainable natural resource management in the dry land agro-pastoral areas Improve agronomic practices to increase yields and support sustainability Improve livelihoods and socio-economic conditions of the rural Bedouin people and enhancing the role of women Improve technology transfer, research and innovation results and dissemination 5
