The project s results, disbursement, and commitments indicate that implementation is generally on track. The pace of implementation has increased due to the recent effectiveness of the additional financing project. Contracting has already been completed for two large procurement items on datacenter expansion and CEO outreach, due to advance procurement carried out before the AF s effective date. There is also an estimated savings of $5 million for the original and AF credit to date, and BCC s Project Coordination Unit (PCU) has identified the additional e-government activities that it intends to use it for. The project will need to continue the high pace of procurement in the next 9 months, both to complete procurement of the current AF activities, and the additional activities from the savings. The government and Bank team will finalize the change of activities from the technical perspective, and confirm the needed restructuring to replace the World Economic Forum's NRI indicator and transfer the IT/ITES component savings to the e-government component which needs more support. 11/6/2017 Page 2 of 8
