NOTES TO APPLICANTS 1. The Applicant must be a reputable Proprietary Firm, Partnership, Limited Liability Company or Corporate Body legally constituted and registered under the Laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. 2. Companies/ Businesses who desire to register with MIC Institute of Technology must: Collect a prequalification package from the MIC Institute of Technology. The packages are available at: MIC Institute of Technology Head Office, MIC Institute of Technology Pleasantville Technology Centre, Tobago Technology Centre and on our Website at www.mic.co.tt. INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION 1. The pre-qualification package should be completed on behalf of the Applicant Company / Business by an officer who is knowledgeable about past and current operations, policies and practices of the respective business entity. A response must be provided for each question. If a particular question doesn t apply, the response must state not applicable or N/A. Management reserves the right to refuse registration of applications deemed unresponsive. 2. Failure to submit the required supporting documentation will result in your application being disqualified. 3. Applications from Companies that do not meet the minimum requirements as outlined in the invitation documents will not be considered. 4. Once you have been prequalified, you will be placed on MIC-IT s database for works which you have been prequalified to perform. 5. Prequalification does not guarantee the award of contract work and MIC-IT reserves the right to limit solicitation from bidders. 6.
