Our Focus : On Small Castings AP has: Compact set up which suits exactly for the production of small type of castings (even less than 1.0 Kg) in small batches too. Small batches - effective controls at every process, there is superior material quality of each casting. Compact set up- Metal pouring time is very less and can assure every casting with desired micro structure and better physical properties. Results in - most preferred source for small castings
Organization Strength: Over 20 years of Experience in Shell Moulding Castings Process. Fully equipped with Shell Moulding Castings Grey Iron & SG Iron For Automotive, Compressor, Pumps & valvs & other Industries. Specialization in small and simple to complex precision parts with high and low volumes with controlled metallurgy. AP at modern, climate controlled 30000 square feet facility includes a Foundry, Machineshop and administrative office. All activities from raw material store to finish casting dispatch are in line and backed by Foundry Process controlling software which records and analysis every data of the production. Newly started machineshop with high end CNC & VMC Machines. Organization with experienced & dedicated manpower.
Facility: 3 independent coreless Induction Furnaces of 300 Kg /100 Kg /100 Kg. capacity Produces metal for every 40 minutes Spectro Meter & C.E. Meter To check composition as well as Temperature of molten metal Shell Mould making machines and ovens To obtain super-finish & close dimensional tolerance Compact molten metal pouring system to achieve pouring accuracy and to maintain metal temperature up to last mould. Moulds are stacked together & poured to get castings Complete mould handling system from moulding to knockout of casting & sand disposal, to keep shop floor clean & dust free
