The price for a double room single use is 135 EUR per nights, breakfast included. Please note that in addition a City tax of 3 EUR per day per person is also due. The above rates have been negotiated also for guests having an extended stay. Due to the high period of bookings please confirmed the stay in advance. If guests want to stay over the week-end it is strongly recommended to send a copy of the registration form also directly to the hotel, to limit the risk that no more room is available. - Regarding reimbursements of expenses for travel costs, it should be noted that the most appropriate and cost-effective way of travelling has to be chosen. - Actual accommodation costs can be reimbursed under the programme budget up to a maximum of EUR 135 per night. The participant needs to transmit the invoice to his national programme coordinator. - The daily allowance for Italy amounts to EUR 95. This is a flat rate that covers all living expenses. Participants do not have to provide a justification for the spending of the daily allowance. However, in accordance with the rules of the Financial Guide for the programmes, they are obliged to inform their national coordinator on any meals provided by others, with a view to reducing the daily allowance accordingly.

Information concerning travel (airport-venue etc.) It is possible to reach the Hotel from Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci Airport by train. The "Leonardo express" service departing from Fiumicino Airport to Termini railway station takes about 30 minutes without intermediate stops. The cost is 14 EUR. To check the time table: www.trenitalia.com You can also take the bus or an official taxi (white) outside the Airport. The cost of taxi is around 50/55 EUR. From there (Piazza dei Cinquecento) it is possible to reach the hotel by feet (distance 1,16 km.) or to take the bus n. 360 for 3 stops and then walking 400 m., crossing Via XX Settembre, then going to Via Piave and then taking the second turn to the left (Via R. Cadorna) you find Piazza Sallustio.
