GENERAL INFORMATION NUMBER OF SERVING DAYS District Anticipates 180 Student Serving Days during 2013-2014 School Year for Breakfast and 165 Student Serving Days during 2013-2014 School Year for Lunch. OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION Meal Service Periods Are Closed. School District does/does not qualify for especially needy rates for lunch or breakfast. Burlington Township Schools provides food services to St. Paul s Parochial School via the FMC contractor. This shared services arrangement is mandatory as long as the Burlington Township Board of Education and the Pastor of Katherine Drexel Parish continue this agreement. Included: Calendar 2013-14 Cost Responsibility Summary ( 2 pages) Labor Cost Summary - Personnel Information that must be adhered to in the proposal. LABOR SCHEDULE Note this is the forecasted labor schedule and pay rates for Burlington Township Food Service Employees (including Cafeteria Aides) for 2013-14 and must be adhered to in the main response. An alternate response may list whatever different rates and schedules your company may suggest. Food Service Companies need to provide health plans in accordance with PPACA and should be ready to do so no later than January 1, 2014. Costs known for this compliance should be included. 7
