Feedback The variety is well suited to local climate and the paddy variety should be available in the market widely PSB & Rhizobium culture should be available in local market Farmers accepted the technology but facing problems in incorporation of Trichoderma viride in soil in Kharif season as this will not works with excess 18

of water Farmers accepted the given technology as the yield was increased but neem Pesticide is not available frequently in the market It s a better technology for integrated disease management in groundnut. Trichoderma viride should be available locally Yield is appreciated by the farmers. No. of fruits per plant is more, facing problem in marketing due to its small size. Accepted this variety as it is short duration, it matures 10-15 days earlier than N53. Crop vigour was good and farmer appreciated the technology In comparison to check productivity is too high. Insect infestation is more in comparison to medium varieties. Farmer appreciated for high return of their produce Mushroom cultivation provides additional source of income Pusa Narangi is a suitable variety for commercial purpose Maintain better water quality and fish disease control (Ulcer disease) due to application of CIFAX 3.5Training and Extension activities under FLD KVK Name Crop Activity No. of activities organized Number of participants Remarks Rice Field days 1 40 Farmers Training 0 0 Media coverage Training for extension functionaries Rice Field days 1 40 Farmers Training 1 25 Media coverage Training for extension functionaries Rice Field days 1 40 Farmers Training 2 50 Groundnut Field days 1 40 Farmers Training 2 50 Paddy Field days 2 80 Farmers Training 6 150 Media coverage Okra Field days - Farmers Training 1 25 Media coverage 1 - Training for extension functionaries 1 10 Brinjal Field days 1 40 Farmers Training 1 25 19
