A BRIEF HISTORY A humble beginning was made in 1978 by our founder, Mr. A.H.Mohajir, to cater to the growing need of power generation in India with the formation of a Partnership firm, "Engenius Enterprises", which was converted to a private limited company, ENGENIUS ERECTORS Private Limited (EEPL), in 1982. Since then, EEPL has executed more than hundred projects in the field of Construction and Maintenance of Thermal, Nuclear and Gas based Power Plants in India. In the process, we have continually set new benchmarks in the Power Sector with our Quality and Safety standards. Besides our highly-experienced field personnel have executed a variety of jobs in the Construction and Maintenance of Turbine/Motor driven large capacity Axial Flow Blowers & Gas Compressors for Steel Plants. In addition we have also carried out the complex Life Extension Programme of Power Plants through our services to TPE, ABB-ABL & ABB Sae Sadelmi.

OUR STRENGTHS Erection and Commissioning of Steam Turbines, Generators and their Auxiliary Equipment such as Condensers (Water cooled / Air cooled), Boiler Feed Pumps (Motor / Turbine driven), Condensate Extraction Pumps, Circulating Water Pumps, ACW Pumps, DMCW Pumps, Oil Pumps, Vacuum Pumps etc. with their drive Motors, Deaerator with storage Tank, HP LP Heaters, Steam Water Separators, Piping systems involving Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel confirming to P11, P22, P91 material specification in Thermal & Nuclear Power Stations. Erection and Commissioning of Gas Turbines, Generators and their Auxiliary Systems such as Inlet Air System, Exhaust Gas System, Fuel Injection system, Fire protection system, including Field inter connecting Piping. Maintenance, Capital Repair and Renovation of all above equipment.

SOME CHALLENGING ASSIGNMENTS 1. At Neyveli Thermal Station- 1, India In association with TPE, Russia In-situ rewinding of 50 MW turbo-generator rotor, In-situ repair, replacement of stator core packets for 100 MW generator stator Repair of rotor discs and re-blading of 100 MW HP Turbine rotor in-situ. 2. At Karnafauli Hydro Station, Bangladesh In association with ABB Sae Sadelmi, Italy 1 Rewinding in-situ for 50 MW hydro-generator FIRST'S IN THE FIELD Erection & Commissioning of First 6067 m3/min Axial flow Turbo-Blowers in India at Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (1987-89). Erection & Commissioning of First Gas based Combined Cycle power station in India at Ahmedabad Electricity Co. (1989-91). First Life Extension Programme for Power plants in India at Neyveli Lignite Corporation, Neyveli (1992-95). Erection & Commissioning of First BHEL 600MW Turbo-Generator set in India at North Chennai (2011-12).
