FAQS C4C TO LUMIRA INTEGRATION 1. What is Lumira? Keywords: lumira, bi, business intelligence It is a business intelligence and self-service software, used to manipulate and visualize data. Through Lumira is possible to build reports, charts, dashboards and manage presentations. 2. How to access my C4C reports in the Lumira? Keywords: lumira, reporting, integration, add-in You need to have access to SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer and download the C4C Add-in for SAP Lumira in the Download Center (C4C). After that, you can open your Lumira application and click on File > New > SAP Hybris C4C Lumira Integration, then click on Next button and insert your credentials. 3. Why can't I see all the available reports? Keywords: reports, business roles, assignment The SAP Lumira extension works along with your SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer business roles. If you do not have access to XYZ report in C4C, then it will not be available in the Lumira. 4. Is it possible to see the data of a report which I'm not assigned to? Keywords: data, assignment, report Yes, it is possible. Even though this report will not be available for you to manipulate it, an user who has the previously specified permission access can create dashboards and share it with you via Lumira file (filexyz.lums) or PDF. 5. Is it possible to create my own key figure calculations between the existent key figures? Keywords: key figure, calculation Yes, you can manipulate your key figures via SAP Lumira. In the Prepare tab there is a Calculation button on which you can create new calculated dimensions or new calculated measures based on the key figures of C4C. 6. In the C4C is not possible to make date/time calculations because they are not key figures. Is it possible to do it via Lumira? Keywords: date time, calculation, key figure Yes, it is. First you need to convert the characteristic into Date/Time (as they are stored as strings). In the field column, you will be able to see an Options button, then you need to select "Convert to Date/Time" and select the format which you want to see in the report. After that, you can go to New Calculated Dimension and insert the formula, i.e., TimeDiff(<startdate>,<enddate>,<format>). There are another date/time formulas that might be used to fit your business requirements. 7. Can I make data selection/filter while creating a new Lumira file? Keywords: filter, selection, criteria 3
It is possible to insert new criteria selection without having to do it via C4C. The filter option is available in both tabs Prepare and Visualize, by clicking on Options button > Filter. 8. Is it possible to add in the report the data that I left out of my selection criteria while creating the report in the C4C? Keywords: filter, selection, criteria No, it is not possible. Lumira does not bring a report or a data source, it brings a report view/selection. So if the data was not previously available in the report selection, it will not be shown in the Lumira. 9. Can I create a single Lumira presentation with different reports? Keywords: Lumira, presentation, reports Yes, you can. You only need to add a new data set and create a new visualization for the new report. All the visualization that you have created will be available in the tabs Visualize and Compose. You can add as many reports as you want to. 10. Can I insert hyperlinks in my Lumira presentation? Keywords: hyperlinks, Lumira Yes. Let's suppose that you want to add a hyperlink into a pictogram, you would need to do it via Compose tab > Board Settings > Page Settings > Pictogram Properties > Add or Edit Hyperlink. It can be an External URL or a Page hyperlink. The Page hyperlink will make it easier to navigate between your sheets presentation. 11. I have an employee which is not assigned to see a specific sales organization, why is the employee able to see the data of that sales organization? Keywords: business roles, Lumira, presentation Lumira presentation does not consider the system business roles for visualization. Once you have created your presentation, all the data will be available for visualization to anyone with whom you have shared it. 12. Is it possible to create a new combined data sources via Lumira? Keywords: combined data source, combined data set Yes, although it is not called data source, it will be called as data set as it will be available only for Lumira. In order to create a new data set with the reports that you have included in the Lumira Add-in, you need to click on Combine button in the Prepare tab. 4
