Pre bid conference was held on 27.12.2018. Chief Electoral Officer and prospective (M/s.Asman Software Solutions, M/s.Karvy, M/s.Vupadhi Techno Services (P) Ltd., M/s.Oasys Cybernetics Pvt.Ltd., and M/s.ESRI India) have participated and discussed terms, conditions of the RFP and requirements and raised certain clarifications. M/s. M/s.Cyient Limited, M/s.ESRI India Technologies Limited and M/s.Asman Software Solutions have also sent various queries through emails dt.28.12.2018. GoAP in State Data Center (SDC). that, the maximum marks for this clause is 20 marks or 10 Marks, because in Parameter column mentioned 20 marks and Maximum marks column mentioned 10 marks Could you please share the existing available hardware with department Supply of Software is Bidder responsibility or department will provide the required software for execute this project Maximum marks will be 20 for the item at Sl.No.2. 10 marks for each sub-item of 2a & 2b. GIS layers of State, District, PC, AC, Mandal, Village and polling stations. Lat.Longs of the polling stations are available. The details will be provided to the selected bidder. The maximum limit for consortium is 3 members. It is not required to mention in the Financial Bid, since the same shall be borne by the bidder and bidder assess the security audit cost and incorporate the same in the price. Also, if the department has existing GIS software licenses which can be used for this project. We understand that mentioned users are views only. Kindly clarify About the Financial Turnover the acceptable turnover Amount differs from the Statement in Pre- Qualification to Form - P9-Pre-Qualification Check List. Need Clarification which Amount needs to consider. ArcGIS or OpenGIS Technologies. Official users will be around 50,000. The number of users who will be viewing may be around 1 to 1.5 lakh. Google Map/Any other map navigation is required The official users should have both rights of edit /view. Other users should have only viewing facility.
