Pre bid conference was held on 27.12.2018. Chief Electoral Officer and prospective (M/s.Asman Software Solutions, M/s.Karvy, M/s.Vupadhi Techno Services (P) Ltd., M/s.Oasys Cybernetics Pvt.Ltd., and M/s.ESRI India) have participated and discussed terms, conditions of the RFP and requirements and raised certain clarifications. M/s. M/s.Cyient Limited, M/s.ESRI India Technologies Limited and M/s.Asman Software Solutions have also sent various queries through emails dt.28.12.2018. Kindly clarify About the Financial Turnover the acceptable turnover Amount differs from the Statement in Pre- Qualification to Form - P9-Pre-Qualification Check List. Need Clarification which Amount needs to consider. ArcGIS or OpenGIS Technologies. Official users will be around 50,000. The number of users who will be viewing may be around 1 to 1.5 lakh. Google Map/Any other map navigation is required The official users should have both rights of edit /view. Other users should have only viewing facility.
