Ship1 When you login your default shipping address will already be populated. Enter your receiver address here Enter your package details here
If an address is saved in your address book simply begin typing the Company or Contact name and you may select the saved address from the drop down options that will appear. If you are shipping to a residential address or area make sure to check the Residential Address box. If you would like to edit or add an address to your address book please check the Save to Address Book Box.
If you need a signature upon delivery please make sure to select the appropriate selection. Additional fees will apply. When entering a state in the shipper address make sure only to use 2 letters (Ex. NY, MA, CA, FL, ETC)
For international shipments please make sure to choose either documents or products/commodities. Important note: You may only choose documents on this screen if you are shipping an envelope 8 oz or less. To ship more than 8 oz worth of documents select products/commodites we will adjust this on the next screen. Make sure to enter the declared value on this screen for Customs. Important note: You must select at least a $1 value even if your shipment has no value: you may create a Pro Forma invoice on the next page to indicate a zero value. If you would like insurance please make sure to select the Insurance check box. Remote Area: To see if your shipment is subject to a remote area free (minimum $30.00) please click Remote area and you will be ableto search the DHL database. (International shipments only) Once all required information has been entered you may quote your shipment by clicking Quote. A small window will popup to show your price. To start over and clear the form-click New Shipment When you are ready to ship click Next.
If you need a return label click the Include Return Waybill box. If you would like to enter a shipment reference for your own purpose enter it here. This is not required. You may save these options for future use. If you have a PO number you would like to include please enter it here. Enter your invoice and department numbers here if you require them. Your shipment summary is to the left here. You may enter a personal message with this email if you wish here. Email notifications: You may email notifications to any email addresses you require. Please enter the email address you would like a notification sent to and check one or all 3 of the options (Shipment, Exception, Delivery). If you would like more than one email address included please click Add. If you would like to bill the shipping charges to a different account number please enter it here. Your default account with us is already selected.
Pickup options You must select a pickup option. FedEx and UPS charge a fee for pickups. There is no fee for DHL pickups. You will see a popup indicating the pickup fee. For DHL shipments, please disregard. Only schedule one pickup at one location a day per carrier, per service. You may give more than one package to the driver at no extra cost. If you have both Ground and Express shipments you will need to schedule pickups for both services (FedEx). You must adhere to the carrier rules for scheduling pickups. Please contact Customer Service for more information. When you have entered all of the necessary info please click Ship.
Your label will open in a new tab. Here you can view your estimated date of delivery. Here you can view your tracking number.
When you schedule a pickup you will be taken to this collection screen. It will be populated with the information entered as the sender for your label. You may enter an alternate address for pickup. Please note there is an additional fee for FedEx and UPS pickups. DHL pickups are free please note that a popup window may advise you of a pickup fee, but if DHL is your carrier there is no additional charge!
Pickup confirmation screen All of this information is also in your History tab Please choose one of the options To copy the label exactly please select Re-Ship Same Package. To exit, please select New Shipment.
Ship 2 You are not able to save shipments on Ship 1, so if you want to begin preparing your label now and save it for later please prepare your shipment here. To save a shipment you must follow the prompts until Save shipment appears at the bottom of the screen. You can now prepare your own import labels!. Please contact us if you need further assistance.
Address Book: You may select addresses to ship to here. You may upload address here and follow the prompts. To manually add an address please click here. You may export your address book by clicking here.
Please fill in all required fields. When you have filled in everything correctly the Save button with light up with a GREEN check mark!
You may select default service types. You may set default packaging. When everything is entered correctly please click Save.
History: You may export a CSV file of all your shipments within a specific date range here. To schedule a pickup select the airwaybill you would like to schedule it for and click Schedule Pickup. You may also email the label, and view the details here by clicking View Airbill. You may select the date range here. If you would like to void a shipment select the airwaybill you would like to void and click Void. For FedEx and DHL you will only be billed for the shipments you ship. UPS shipments must be voided to avoid being charged.
Invoices: View all of your invoices here. Once a credit card is provided you may pay for your invoices online.
Here you may adjust your account settings from setting your default service types, to pickups and references, etc. This is only available to the designated admin user on your account. If you only have one user this screen should be available to you. This is also only available to admins. If you would like multiple users on your account you may add them here. Each user may have their own default addresses, and package preferences. Please contact customer service for more info!.
Order Supplies: They will be sent to you via Ground shipping. If you need them expedited please contact Customer Service! Under our new system your supplies will be shipped within 24-48 hours of ordering!
