Our history and who we serve Electrical Federal Credit Union began in 1953 to serve the financial needs of IBEW Local 68. To be sure, look for the following logo: Home Banking, Online Bill Pay and Audio Response Directions Once you have registered, you can begin using additional convenience services which give you peace of mind and access to account information even when we are not around. Here are directions for setting up each service: Access 24 CU+ (Phone Banking) Setting up a 4 digit PIN: 1) Dial 1-877-426-0302 2) Press 1 for English (Press 2 for Spanish ) 3) Enter your Social Security Number 4) Enter your account number 5) Pick your 4-digit PIN number To be in compliance with federal regulations, the multi-factor authentication requirements have been enhanced. In addition to the PIN, it is also required to answer a set of questions in the following order: 1) Birth date 2) Street Address (numbers only) 3) First 3 digits of your social security number
Online Home Banking: To access Online Home Banking, please go to www.electricalfcu.org. Upon first use, you will be asked for your user ID and password. Here is what you will enter for both: User ID: (your social security number) Password: PASSWORD (must be in all capital letters) After you have logged in with the instructed user ID and password you will be asked to change both. Online Bill Pay: Once your Home Banking account has been set up you can sign up for Online Bill Pay. To sign up, click the Bill Pay tab in your Online Banking account screen and follow the prompts. For additional assistance with getting Online Bill Pay set up, you will also find a couple of brief video demonstrations by clicking on the TRY DEMO button at the bottom right-hand side of the screen. Checks Need to order checks? You can view check styles, prices and re-order checks by going to: www.libertychecks.com Visa Credit Card access If you decided to take advantage of our Visa credit card, which has a low, fixed rate of 11.9% APR (Annual Percentage Rate), you will want to have access to your account information. You can do so by clicking on the Enroll Now! button at the following link: User ID Requirements: Within 30 characters long Password Requirements (6-8 characters): Must include one upper case, one lower case, and at least one number. Additionally, for first time log in only, you will be asked to choose and answer three questions. These questions are used to add extra security to your account. These questions will sometimes be presented to you at random times when you are logging on. Please remember the answers and the exact way you answer them to prevent being locked out if you forget the answers later on. E-Statements Do you consider yourself Green? Or, do like to keep the amount of paper mail you get to a minimum? Sign up for E- Statements. It s an easy, secure and convenient way to receive your statements online, as well as contribute to a greener planet!
