trips Double Festive Release Our commitment to continuous improvement covers all areas of our business from our technology to our services. Most recently, we ve been working on developing our site, to bring you a modern, cleaner and fresher look. You could say trips has had its very own makeover! We listened to feedback and we ve made changes to deliver a sparkly new site for our customers. This month we will be undertaking two trips releases; one on Thursday 15 th and then our new look will be rolled out on the 22 nd December. New Look trips Site On Thursday 22nd December, our new look trips will be live and available for you to see the changes for yourself! System Functionality Release - Available from 15th December 2016 International Hotel Policy You can now amend your Worldwide Hotel Policy limit for specific cities in addition to any Overseas Policy that you have in place. Online Amendments Stage 1 - Amending your date of travel in trips - Air In the first phase of our Online Amendments facility we are pleased to introduce Stage 1 for Air bookings. This will enable users to check real-time availability and send a request via the system to amend the date of travel. Initially this service will still be provided by our In-house specialist teams. To start your amendment retrieve your existing booking via your Baskets Manager Once the existing itinerary is displayed on the screen, check that this is the booking that you wish to amend. To proceed click the Amend Booking button at the bottom of the screen. 5 New Functions and Enhancements Copyright 2016 Redfern Travel Ltd. All rights Reserved

Complete the Amendment Request with the new dates and times for your requirements. The Airline and routing from the original itinerary cannot be amended online. The system will return flight options that meet the criteria in your Amendment Request. The system will outline the current itinerary and fare paid and also confirm the new flight details and the total fare. Some restricted fares also have an Amendment fee charged by the Airline, as the system currently cannot display the fee with the total price difference, our staff will confirm the full charges prior to confirming the amendment. Please add your contact telephone number to the amendment form to enable our staff to confirm the full price difference prior to changing your booking. 7 New Functions and Enhancements Copyright 2016 Redfern Travel Ltd. The trips system will confirm that your Amendment Request has been sent to the Redfern Team. Upon receipt of your Amendment Request, the Redfern Team will check your existing booking to confirm any restrictions imposed for the fare you have purchased, the response time will be in accordance with our standard Service Level Agreement. This will include highlighting any applicable fees that will be charged by the Airline to amend your booking. Once you have accepted the total price your booking will be updated with the new flight details, a new E Ticket will be issued and emailed to you. Your trips Basket Manager will be updated with the new details when you next visit the system. Please check your new itinerary contained in the email and contact the Air Department straight away if you have any questions or queries. We recommend that for amendments to bookings for travel in the next working day that you telephone the Redfern Air Department with your request so that any changes required can be made immediately to your booking. In 2017, we will be working on Stage 2 of the Air Amendment functionality which will include trips making live booking amendments without the need to contact us. In addition to this change we will also be bringing you the ability to amend both Rail and Hotel bookings live in trips. Visa Requirements This is opt-in functionality and will not be enabled in your trips site without your authority. When booking flights to destinations overseas a new screen will appear that enables you to check for any possible visa requirements for your itinerary. You will receive the details of any requirements by email. The only information we need to share with the Visa Company is your email address, nothing else. Should you wish to make use of this functionality, please email techsupport@redfern-travel.com. Upon receipt of your Visa Requirement Update email, click the link, which will take you directly to CIBT Visas homepage. From there submit your requirements in the Need A Visa box and you can then either view or email a full Visa Application Pack which contains all the necessary information to obtain your visa. 10 New Functions and Enhancements Copyright 2016 Redfern Travel Ltd. The site contains full details of requirements for each visa application including hints and tips to help you complete the process. Details are also given on how to submit your application to CIBT who will then monitor progress with the Consulate or Embassy on your behalf.
