Products Tianjin Nolite Steel Co.,Ltd. - 3 -Page 3 of 10 ERW pipe (Electric Resistance Welded) steel pipes and tubing in various wall thicknesses and grades. ERW to some customers also stands for a Straight Seam pipe product, with the weld being on the inside and almost non-visible on the outside. Our company has advanced φ457.2mm high-frequency straight seam resistance welding machine. And product range is outer diameter: 1/2inch-24inch (21.3mm-609.6mm) wall-thickness: 1.5mm-14.27mm ERW is available in different grades depending on your application, such as, ASTM, API5L, API5CT, A252, A53 & EN10217, EN 10219. ERW is typically known as a high quality line pipe and one of the best choices for pipeline construction it is also used in other applications such as Pipe Piling, Fabrication, Utility and Oil, Fencing and Corrals, Bollards, Sign Poles, Water Well Drilling, and many more construction uses. Other lengths can range from cut to length in 2 inch pieces up to 40 ft lengths. They are availabie in longer lengths in some states but not all due to transportation. End conditions are beveled, straight cut, saw cut, and torch cut. Various paint and protective coatings are available such as, Fusion Bond Epoxy, Coal Tar Epoxy, Zinc, Organic and many more. Available to us are End Plates and Pile Points, offered loose or attached, though only in certain states is attachment available. - 3 -

Turn around time is incomparable for a quality produced product. Spiral pipe is economical and has a long cycle life giving your project reliability every time. Our company has φ3048mm spiral submerged arc welded machine. And product range is outer diameter: 8inch-120ch (219.1mm-3048mm) wall-thickness 5mm-30mm. Lengths available are almost endless but because of inspection reason, we do have some limitations, max length is 20 M. Grades available are ASTM, API, EN and AWWA specifications. Application uses are dredging, slurry, floating docks for marinas, road casing, road boring, penstocks, fabrication, pillars and pilings. There are many applications that you can use Spiral Pipe and Tube for. If your not sure if it can be used in a certain application check with the pipe distributor or manufacturer. All types of paints and coatings are available for spiral pipe. Fusion Bond Epoxy, Coal Tar Epoxy and many other protective paints and coatings. - 4 -
