We've done it to meet the demands of the global market place for quality, on-time delivery, and increasingly tight specifications for water control equipment. Modern twelve-ton and four-ton coreless induction furnaces produce high quality gray iron, ductile iron and Ni-Resist castings from 400 to 30,000 pounds. 2 4 3 2. This twin table CNC vertical milling machine handles assemblies to 125 tons. 3. Large and flexible CNC horizontal milling machines perform complex finish operations. 4. This 35-ton 32'x24' pulp slurry processing vat is fabricated from stainless steel. 3. Finishing operations on this component for a large gas turbine are accomplished on a 50 HP, CNC horizontal milling machine with 168" vertical travel and 120" horizontal travel. 4.
