Grievance Step #1: Any participant in continuing education programs sponsored by University Learning Systems may discuss any grievances with any employee of University Learning Systems. To facilitate handling of the grievance, University Learning Systems requests it in writing. Grievances shall be filed in a timely manner, within 30 days after receipt of a home study program or within 15 days after receipt of credit or a certificate of attendance at a live program. After receipt and consideration of grievances, University
Learning Systems shall act with due diligence to resolve the problem to the satisfaction of the participant. Grievance Step # 2: If University Learning Systems does not resolve the grievance to the participant s satisfaction, that participant may ask University Learning Systems to present the grievance to a Committee consisting of University Learning System s customers who have agreed to provide grievance assistance to University Learning Systems.
