We ve put the CRUISE under your CONTROL With new qualification criteria, we ve made it possible for EVERYONE to set attainable goals to set sail this summer. Primary Qualification Criteria: June 2014 February 28 or March 31, 2015 New: Early qualification option February 2015 Premium Package All-expenses-paid vacation, with special perks including drink package and standard onboard expenses. Airfare included. Includes one guest that must be 18 years or older. 1. As of May 31, 2014, if the highest achieved rank is between Brand Partner and Executive Director, participant must be an actual paid as NMD or higher in February or March 2015. 2. As of May 31, 2014, if the highest achieved rank is RMD, participant must qualify as an actual paid as NMD for two months, with one month during the period June 1, 2014 February 28, 2015. Participant must also be paid as NMD or higher in February or March 2015. 3. As of May 31, 2014, if highest achieved rank is NMD, 1-Star NMD, or 2-Star NMD, participant must qualify to be paid as an NMD or higher for four out of ten monthly periods between June 1, 2014 March 31, 2015. Participant must also personally sponsor at least one new Brand Partner leg and accumulate a total of 50,000 Qualifying Volume (QV) in the new leg(s) in the enrollment tree. This volume is to be accumulated between June 1, 2014 March 31, 2015 from the top of each personally sponsored leg in the enrollment tree, not the placement tree. Participant must be an actual paid as NMD or higher in February or March 2015. Top of enrollment tree leg must be enrolled between June 1, 2014 March 31, 2015. No volume will be counted from any Brand Partner whose enrollment date is May 31, 2014 or earlier. A Brand Partner who is moved into an enrollment tree whose enrollment date is prior to May 31, 2014 will not be counted in the accumulated total. 4. As of May 31, 2014, if highest achieved rank is 3-Star NMD or higher, the participant must be paid as 3-Star NMD or higher in February or March 2015. 5. Participant must meet above qualifications between June 1, 2014 March 31, 2015. Account must be in good standing with the company. Grace period does not apply. Secondary Qualification Criteria: June 2014 March 31, 2015 Deluxe Package: Standard onboard expenses only paid by Nerium. Cruise Qualifications Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs): Q: WHAT ARE THE DATES OF THE NERIUM REAL VACATION: 2015 CRUISE? A: The embarkation for the cruise is 1:00 p.m. ET June 8, 2015. Debarkation is 9:00 a.m. ET June 12, 2015. Q: ARE CHILDREN INVITED TO ATTEND? A: The Nerium Real Vacation is intended to be a networking opportunity for fellowship and team building among the leaders of the company. Guests must be at least 18 years old. No children under 18 are allowed. Q: IS AIRFARE INCLUDED? A: If you qualify for the Nerium Real Vacation: 2015 Cruise Premium Package (under the primary qualification criteria), then yes, airfare is included. Each primary qualification earner and their guest must book airfare through Plaza Travel prior to the designated deadline. Additional fees not covered by Nerium may apply if airfare is booked after designated deadline. If you qualify for the Nerium Real Vacation: 2015 Cruise Deluxe Package (under the secondary qualification criteria), then only standard onboard expenses are covered. Deluxe Package earners will be responsible for airfare, ground transportation, and any applicable hotel expenses for themselves and their guest Q: WHAT IF I DON T REGISTER MY ATTENDANCE BY THE DESIGNATED DEADLINE? A: If you do not register your attendance and book your airfare by the designated deadline, your qualification may be revoked and you will not be able to attend the trip. Q: WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I REGISTER MY ATTENDANCE BY THE DEADLINE, BUT FAIL TO BOOK MY AIRFARE WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIMEFRAME? A: If you register your attendance but fail to book your airfare within the allotted timeframe, you will be responsible for the difference in airfare as determined by Plaza Travel. Airfare covered at the allotted timeframe will be documented, and you will be responsible for any amount over the documented amount. Q: WHO CAN I BRING AS MY GUEST? A: You can bring anyone you would like as long as they are at least 18 years of age. If you are bringing another Brand Partner, they must be in good standing with the company. Q: IF I CANCEL AND CANNOT ATTEND THE TRIP, CAN MY GUEST STILL ATTEND? A: If you cancel and cannot attend the trip, your guest will NOT be able to attend. Your guest can only attend if you do. Q: IF I QUALIFIED FOR THE TRIP BUT CANNOT ATTEND, CAN I TRANSFER THE TRIP TO SOMEONE ELSE? A: The Nerium Real Vacation is non-transferrable. If you cannot attend, you forfeit your qualification. Q: CAN I CHANGE MY GUEST AFTER AIRFARE HAS BEEN BOOKED? A: If you qualified for the Premium Package, you will be responsible for any fees incurred with the change in guest, including the cost of the original guest airfare unless the airfare is transferrable or refundable. If you qualified for the Deluxe Package, any airfare changes will need to be handled on your own. Guest changes are not encouraged. Q: ARE HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS THE NIGHT PRIOR TO DEPARTURE INCLUDED? A: If your flight options require you to arrive the day prior to embarkation, then Nerium will reserve and pay for room and tax at the designated hotel for Premium Package earners. If you qualified for the Deluxe Package, you will be responsible for reserving and paying for your hotel room and tax if needed. Q: IF MY ACCOUNT IS NOT IN GOOD STANDING BUT I MET THE RANK AND VOLUME REQUIREMENTS, CAN I STILL ATTEND THE TRIP? A: One of the criteria for earning the trip is that your account must be in good standing. If your account is NOT in good standing, you cannot attend the trip. Q: IF I QUALIFIED FOR THE DELUXE PACKAGE (SECONDARY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA), BUT HAVE BEEN INVITED TO ATTEND AS A GUEST OF A PREMIUM PACKAGE QUALIFIER (PRIMARY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA), DO I STILL KEEP MY SECONDARY SPOT WITH A GUEST? A: Once you become a guest of a Premium Package earner, you no longer have a Deluxe Package spot. You can attend as a guest of the Premium Package earner with the benefits outlined for guests of the Premium Package earner. Q: IF THERE ARE TWO PEOPLE ON MY ACCOUNT, DO WE EACH GET TO INVITE A GUEST? A: Each qualified account receives one double-occupancy cabin; it is up to the account holders to determine who the two people attending will be. It could be both people listed on the account, or it could be one person listed on the account and one guest. At least one account holder must attend. Q: IF I QUALIFIED FOR THE DELUXE PACKAGE BUT CANNOT AFFORD AIRFARE, CAN NERIUM PAY FOR MY AIRFARE? A: Only a designated number of Premium Package (primary qualification earners) have been selected. Additional Deluxe Package earners must cover their own airfare. Q: IF I QUALIFIED FOR THE DELUXE PACKAGE DO I HAVE TO USE NERIUM S TRAVEL AGENCY TO BOOK MY FLIGHT EVEN THOUGH I AM PAYING FOR MY OWN AIRFARE? A: You do not have to use Nerium s travel agency to book your flight. However there are benefits to doing so. If you book your airfare through the Nerium travel agency, we have your flight details on record and can provide ground transportation to the port from the hotel. If you choose to book your airfare using another source, you will be responsible for getting to the port. Q: IS GROUND TRANSPORTATION INCLUDED? A: If you qualified for the Premium Package (primary criteria) then ground transportation to the port is included for you and your guest. If you qualified in the secondary qualification period, you are responsible for your own transportation to the port However, if you book your airfare through the Nerium travel agency, ground transportation will be arranged and provided for you. Q: IF I REGISTERED AS NOT ATTENDING, CAN I CHANGE MY STATUS TO ATTENDING? A: You can change your status to attending without penalty prior to the final registration deadline of April 30, 2015. If you are changing your attendance to attending after the deadline, approval is subject to availability and you will be placed on a waiting list. Q: DO I NEED A VALID PASSPORT TO ATTEND THE TRIP? A: Yes, it is very important that you have a valid passport to attend the trip. You will not be allowed to board the cruise ship without a valid passport. In the event of an emergency and you are unable to provide a valid passport, you can provide a certified copy of your birth certificate. 2 of 3
Q: DO I NEED A VALID PASSPORT TO REGISTER MY ATTENDANCE AND BOOK MY AIRFARE? A: You do not need to have your valid passport at the time you register your attendance or book your airfare. However, it is advised to have it in hand when you do so. If you have ordered your passport and it has not arrived yet, please let us know so we can document your file. Boarding the cruise will require a valid passport. Q: IF I WAS PAID AS AN NMD DUE TO THE GRACE PERIOD, BUT DID NOT ACTUALLY REACH THE RANK ADVANCEMENT QUALIFICATIONS FOR FEBRUARY OR MARCH 2015, DO I STILL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS? A: No, the grace period does not qualify you for trips, recognition, or incentives. Q: DOES MY QUALIFYING VOLUME HAVE TO COME FROM PERSONALLY SPONSORED LEGS? A: If you are required to qualify under Premium Package criteria option 3, then you must obtain at least 50,000 Personal Volume. In order to obtain Personal Volume, you must have new enrollment legs to qualify. Q: IF I MET THE PREMIUM PACKAGE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA IN FEBRUARY 2015, DO I NEED TO ALSO QUALIFY IN MARCH 2015? A: No, once you meet the qualification criteria in February 2015, you are qualified to attend the trip. You do not need to qualify again in March 2015. Q: WHEN WILL I KNOW IF I QUALIFIED FOR THE CRUISE? A: If you have qualified for the Cruise, your account will be updated after commissions have been finalized for the month. 3 of 3
