METHODOLOGY RECRUITING RESPONDENTS Respondents who took the Mobile Insights Panel survey are surveyed. There are 90K respondents per quarter. If respondents answer Yes that they have used mobile devices to access the internet, they are separately re-contacted and invited to be in the Mobile @Plan panel. DATA RELEASE Mobile @Plan data is released on a bi-annual schedule, end of 1st Quarter and end of 3rd Quarter. Each release has 8k respondents that are 18+ based.
