Product Presentation 2

Achieving Sustainability, Increased Productivity, Safety and Compliance with Effective Dust Control, Soil Stabilization & Erosion Control (SWPPPs and TSS control) 3

Key Figures 6 billion tons of soil washed or blown away each year in the USA (exceeding the Dust Bowl years of the 1930 s) Constantly 38 million acres at risk to wind or water erosion A total of 1.5 million miles of unpaved roads in the USA (53% of all roads) Millions of potholes across the U.S. waiting to spoil your commute and damage your car or truck 4

Sources of Dust and Erosion 5

Sources of Dust and Erosion 6

Our Product Line that addresses these problems 7

17

What is DustLess? DustLess is an environmentally friendly, organic, medium to long term dust control suppressant, designed specifically for areas where the surface will be continually disturbed. 18

Key Competitive Advantages Long term solution with just one application Increases productivity, efficiency, and safety of your operations Safe for humans, animals and plants Very easy to apply no temperature restrictions 19

Applications include Dirt Roads Construction Roads (short or long term) Race Tracks Parking Areas Haul Roads Motocross Tracks Farm Lanes 20

Applications 21

DustLess Variables that Affect the Application Rate /Expected Lifespan Most dirt roads are hard packed base from long term use with a layer of dust on the surface created by tire slippage (shear) scuffing and wearing away at the surface of the hard packed base leaving a loose layer on the surface. 1) Aggregate made from softer rock breaks up from traffic faster than harder rock therefore more dust sooner. 2) Soils with high clay content tend to absorb much of the DustLess, especially the first application thus shortening the life span of the application or requiring higher initial application rate to make up for the high initial absorbance. 3) Rubber tired traffic that just rolls over a straight, level surface makes very low shear. Traffic that must accelerate or decelerate due to hilly terrain creates much more shear due to tire slippage during acceleration and deceleration. Traffic turning, stopping, backing, etc creates large amounts of shear. More shear equals more dust which means shorter treatment life or higher application rates. 4) The deeper the layer of loose surface dust at the time of application the more DustLess that will be required for adequate treatment (the loose dust will absorb the applied product. 5) The vacuum or draft from passing traffic may pull dust from the soft shoulder along the side of the road and this dust settles out on the treated driving surface of the roadway contaminating the application and prematurely overwhelming the DustLess treatment. A light application of DirtGlue polymer to the sides of the roadway can mitigate this problem. 6) Sometimes high winds can blow dust from a substantial distance onto the treated road surface thus prematurely overwhelming the treatment. 22

DustLess Product Approved by: 1) US Army Corp of Engineers 2) ATEC (Military Equivalent of OSHA) 3) REF (Rapid Equipping Force / US Military) 4) CENTCOM (US Military Central Command, Middle East) 5) DFAS (US Military Bases USA) 6) DSCR (Defense Supply Center) 7) NH DES 8) Dominican Republic (federal level) 9) Oman (federal level) 10) Bahrain (federal level) 11) U.A.E. Product Summary Environmentally friendly Works with indigenous soil/surface materials Easy to apply No temperature restrictions Non-toxic / non-hazardous Non-corrosive Treated area can be used immediately after application Does not evaporate Long lasting Does not freeze Does not dry out Does not wash away 22

Acrylic Polymer Emulsion

What is DirtGlue Polymer An environmentally safe, powerful emulsion based on acrylic polymer technology that produces highly effective control of dust and erosion thereby stabilizing the soil. 8

Proactive Approach is Preventing the Problem at the Source SWPPP (Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program) / SWM (Storm Water Management) Bonds individual soil particles together making them too large to move either by wind or water erosion TSS (Total Suspended Solids) is minimized PM10 and PM2.5 is significantly reduced Sustainable protection over a considerable period of time 9

...Compared to a Reactive Approach 10

Key Competitive Advantages Versatile in its application capabilities and performance Excellent value for all recommended uses Easy to apply Environmentally friendly and safe 11

Product Enhancements developed by DirtGlue Enterprises Excellent film-forming properties over a broad temperature range Superb adhesion to fine particles, both inorganic and organic Impressive film strength and flexibility over a wide temperature range Remarkable chemical, thermal and ultraviolet light stability Enhanced hydrophobic characteristics 12

Main drawbacks of widely used vinyl based emulsions Limited UV-protection High water absorption (30-50%) even after extended curing Water swollen polymer results in soft and weak film/crust Weaker bond than acrylic films Only short-term effect no sustainability 13

Typical Applications with DirtGlue Polymer Emulsions Surface application (DirtGlue Polymer) Mixed in applications (DirtGlue Polymer) Wind and water erosion control for storage piles and other non-traffic surfaces Erosion control / bank stabilization Stabilization of driving surfaces Resurfacing of worn out asphalt driveways Tackifier for hydroseeding process 14

Applications 15

DirtGlue Polymer product Summary Environmentally friendly Works with indigenous soil/surface materials Superior bonding Sticks to itself Water insoluble on curing Non-toxic / non-hazardous Non-corrosive Non-flammable Stops wind erosion Stops water erosion Stabilizes surface and/or subsurface Reduces or prevents pollution Will not leach out of soil All weather stable 16

TerraDry for the Stabilization of High Plasticity Soils In place treatment of high plasticity road base through the effective stabilization of the soils rather than their removal and replacement is the most environmentally friendly way to cure the age old problem of soft road base or muddy soil. Ecological and efficient technologies are essential in today s construction industry that is moving more and more toward green solutions for construction problems. There is a constant search for ways and means to effectively conserve resources and raw materials, use less labor and less fuel, and to protect the environment. At the same time, high quality criteria must be met and costs cut.

Many paved and unpaved roads were not designed or constructed for today s traffic and were not constructed using proper methods. They are not strong enough due to poor base material. In the past, the only way to obtain a satisfactory and lasting solution was to dig up the entire roadbed and replace it with good quality aggregate. TerraDry is the ideal Solution

23

What is PotHoleGlue? An environmentally friendly multi component system consisting of a highly effective dry formulation of a tough polymer, a curing enhancing element (and recycled asphalt). 24

Key Competitive Advantages Excellent bonding capabilities to aggregate, asphalt, and other organic or inorganic substrates Solid and durable structure for long-lasting pothole repairs Superb curing characteristics Environmentally benign 25

Product Summary Environmentally friendly Uses Recycled Materials No harmful chemical solvents Easy to apply Excellent bonding Long lasting UV stability Non-corrosive Non-toxic / non-hazardous 26
