Delivery Procedures The exhibitors can send their item/s preferably a week before the event commencement date. Venue staffs will then send the item/s up to your booth once they have the delivery details. Note that handling charges apply (see all prices for the Mail Centre on the next page) which is based on the weight of each shipment received under one Airway Bill which includes: 1. Cleaning The Exhibition area will be vacuumed by the venue/management and kept tidy throughout the duration of the Exhibition. The cleaning of the stands during the exhibition remains the responsibility of the Exhibitor. To organize extra cleaning services to your stand, please use the cleaning order form in this manual. Care of Venue No attachment, fitting, fixture or defacement is to be made to the flooring, ceilings or the internal or external walls of the display structure or venue walls and furnishings. No display material of any kind is allowed to be affixed to or hung from the venue walls. Nor is any ladder or other device whatsoever to be affixed to or suspended from any overhead wiring without the prior written consent from the venue. No nail, screw or other device is to be driven into, nor are holes to be bored into any pillar or other part of the display structure or venue wall or furnishings. There are a couple of direct mail postcards we send out to our database - why not include these (or the full program) in monthly invoices, cold calling packs and have some in your briefcase to hand out at any meetings. If you have a website, please add a link to http://www.piscinesplashasia.com or if you can add a banner ad or a button please contact us and will supply. If you have fax details we can send a fax blast out to your clients (at no charge to you) letting them know of any show specials you many have and your involvement at the show. All you have to do is supply copy and fax numbers and we will send a proof prior to dispatch. WARNING to All Exhibitors Be Careful with regards to: FAIR GUIDE from Austria EXPO GUIDE from Mexico FAIR Guide/ The Exhibitors Fair Guide We noticed that recently an on-line fair guide, TRADE FAIR GUIDE owned by Construct Data Verlag AG in Austria, and EXPO GUIDE from Mexico has been sending out invitations to our exhibitors to sign up for on-line listing order. In the form, the name of 'Piscine SPLASH! Asia Show has been printed in big letters and resembled an organizer's free catalogue listing service. The form invites the respondents to sign and return the form for an entry in an on-line directory. However, in doing so, the respondents will be contracted to a three-year, non-retractable agreement. We would like to clarify that 'Piscine SPLASH! Asia Show DOES NOT support this Fair Guide / Expo Guide and only www.piscinesplashasia.com is the official website. To protect your interests and to avoid potential misunderstanding, please read carefully before you respond or commit to any invitation, especially the fine print at the end of the invitation. However, if any companies have mistakenly completed and returned the forms, the advice is to ignore demands of payment. Delivery Details Please note deliveries can be made to Sands Expo and Convention Center from 18 th May 2015. To ensure safe receipt of consignments, please ensure that your freight company provides the following details are provided to the Business and Mail Center, in advance: INCOMING FREIGHT Customer Details Consignment Details o Tracking or Waybill Number o Quantity of Packages o Weight of the Consignment Delivery Location, Date & Time Billing Arrangements A processing & handling fee will apply to all incoming consignments. All incoming consignments must be arranged under Freight Prepaid and duties / GST / taxes must be borne by the shipper. The Center will not accept any consignments under Freight Collect and in cases where the duties / GST / taxes are under recipient s account. Exhibitor Manual 18

The Center will not accept any Cash-On-Delivery consignments on behalf of the customer. Incoming consignments must reach the Center no more than 3 days prior to on-site receiving date of the customer. Storage charges will apply for consignments kept in the Center for more than 3 days. If consignments require special handling or special storage facilities, the customer must communicate this request to the Center prior to effecting shipment. The Center will consider the request and try to accommodate wherever possible. OUTGOING FREIGHT The customer should complete all required export documentation, inclusive of commercial invoice & packing list, and Airway bill / Consignment Notes for their consignments. If the customer chooses to use his / her own preferred courier company for outgoing consignments, or if a consignment is sent under Freight Collect, a processing fee will be charged by the Center. All destination charges like duties / taxes, VAT / GST, or special permit charges will be the responsibility of the customer or consignee / recipient. The Center will not be responsible for any damaged or missing freight. Exhibitor Manual 19
