1.4 BILLING / COLLECTIONS SCHEDULE * Shut off notices to be mailed/posted at the discretion of MAWSA at a cost of $20 per mailing or hanger, per unit. Balances 60-days or more delinquent are eligible for service discontinuance. * All fees assessed in the collection process shall be billed to the account including; administrative fees, attorney fees, lien fees, commissions, postage, expenses, etc. (See Sections 4 & 6) * Failure to provide written notification of address change resulting on additional collections notifications will be billed as well. * Lien fees may be estimated and audited to provide balances. * Balances 90-days or more delinquent are eligible for liens; however, they may be issued at MAWSA s discretion. Liens are public documents and may be remitted to mortgage, or other stakeholders, and/or published as part of MAWSA s public records. * Payment plans authorized at the discretion of MAWSA with $15.00 setup fee. Approved payment plans shall be subject to adjustment with written notification on an as needed basis. One plan per 12-month period, per service location. 2. Manheim s share of the total capacity is 2.2 MGD, per the 10/10/89 agreement with Rapho Township. All residential units will be calculated as 1 EDU. The Applicant s engineer must submit calculations to MAWSA engineer for review and approval, showing the anticipated usage for commercial and business uses. 3. Delinquent Hauled Waste Invoices: A 5% penalty will be applied after 30 days of the invoice date. *Note Category (2) Volume Pricing for Sludge @ $0.03750 cents/gallon will apply to accounts that exceed 200,000 gallons per billing cycle.
