Description of the box : - Each piece was tagged with a QVC hangtag, a tiger, mills hangtag, a Dennis by hangtag and a spare button bag at care label, inserted with a fabric bag, covered by a tissue paper, inserted with two silica gel packs at each pocket, flat packed into a self adhesive polybag, which printed with brand name, made in china and stuck with a barcode sticker at front side, printed with warning clause at back side, then sealed with adhesive tape. - Each polybag (piece) was packed into a inner carton stuck with a barcode sticker, at right of one narrow side, the sealed with gummed tapes. - 3 inner cartons in solid color and solid size were packed into a double wall (5-ply) corrugated export carton, the sealed with gummed tapes. SPECIAL ATTENTION 1) The shipment quantity was found 161 pieces instead of 127 pieces stated on the order (+26.8%). Note : - All of the inspected and passed pieces were labelled with a QVC tan coloured inspection label and inserted with a QVC tan coloured romance card and the cartons were sealed with QVC gummed tape. - All of the inspected and rejected pieces were labelled with a QVC plum coloured inspection label and removed from the shipment. - All the selected cartons were not sealed after inspection because the factory did not repack them immediately. - The hand-written Provisional Inspection Report was copied to the factory. - Enclosed with 5 pages of attachment. - Digital images enclosed. - Total 10 non-inspected cartons were sealed with Intertek label: No.: 5, 16, 18, 27, 30, 37, 39, 48, 50 & 52. - The factor refused to draw any sample. - The size measurement chart was provided by factory. - The origin information was found made in china instead of USA stated on conditional QA FPI inspection results.
