In the area of maintainability the presented work solves the maintenance mix problem and provides approach to implement TPM as a maintenance strategy. On the Quality front, a framework to implement and sustain Quality Costing System will help the
managers to (i) properly identify the set of alternatives required to define the taxonomy of quality-based investments. (ii) Set-up both exogenous and endogenous quality priorities.
