Consequently, DHL may, despite the existence of a receipt regarding the volume of goods, assert that there are deviations between the volume of goods stated by the customer and the volume of goods received by DHL. Unless DHL has specifically agreed to provide the loading of goods, the sender is responsible for ensuring the loading of goods in accordance with each respective country's national regulations and also in regard to the loading of Hazardous goods in the transport unit in accordance with applicable transport regulations (ADR/RID/IMDG, etc.). The price includes the stated services and obligations as per the offer/contract. Other services and obligations are debited by DHL in accordance with DHL Domestic, Options and Supplements and option prices in accordance with a separate price list for DHL or, in absence thereof, in a reasonable amount, including compensation for outlay. DHL STYCKE AND The freight price (net freight plus possible freightrelated supplements) is estimated on a shipment's freight-draft weight including packaging and possible freight accessories. Payment for freight shall be made in cash if DHL has not granted credit or payment by invoice, whereby the following freight payment conditions are accepted: Shipments from the sender Shipments from the recipient¹ Other freight payer (in other words, a third party with an association to the client/sender) 1) Conditional on EDI-transferred shipment information in regard to DHL 12.9 DHL transports in accordance with DHL s stated transport time schedule are not to be considered as transports with transport time commitment in accordance with NSAB 2000. Transport with time commitment is only applicable if options G7, G10 or G12 for domestic traffic are agreed upon or if DHL, in the agreement or in an offer to the client, has committed to carry out transport with a time commitment. Consequently, expressed requests or conditions regarding delivery times, for example in the way-bill, are not binding for DHL. The transport schedule for DHL is based on fixed departure and arrival days. Errors in the freight document or equivalent document, or errors in the address label, or insufficient address information for delivery (for example, a box address) involves a deviation from the transport schedule. Reductions in the transport time schedule may arise in connection with weekends/holidays and during vacation periods. Deviations can also arise in connection with Advice, transport of Hazardous goods, Thermo and also goods with deficient or damaged packaging. 17.
