External Challenges Legislation Existing legislation is understood and can be handled (Turkey, China, Argentina, India). Some legislation is well understood and is currently being detailed out (EU FMD, US DSCSA) others bear some or many uncertainties (Korea, Brazil). Regulations are evolving right now: India just published guidance for reporting by Oct. 2015! No Specs! China: may add veterinary drugs Korea defines regulatory reporting to become active in 2015!
