Daily Deposit Limits How much total money will your business deposit via Desktop Deposit over the course of a typical day? How much money will be deposited into each account via Desktop Deposit over the course of a typical day? Click Save to continue you will next review and submit the setup Under Dual Custody, this setup will then require the approval of a second Admin 7
Manage Users Add new CEO users (if needed) Establish Desktop Deposit user access 8
Create a CEO profile for a new user Begin by clicking the "Add New Users" link Add New Users 9
Complete the "Add User Profile" setup The CEO User ID must be a unique 6-8 character combination (letters and/or numbers) Enter the remaining required info (*) Select the desired Credentials Delivery option Click Save 10
Submit the new user's profile build Under Dual Custody, a second Administrator must next approve this new user's profile build As the initiating Admin, you can use the (shortcut) Notification link in the confirmation advisory to notify one or more fellow Admins of this setup action 11
A second Admin will decision the setup Review and decision the setup from the Verification Summary Case #1: Email option selected for user's Credential Delivery When the second Administrator Accepts the profile build, it goes live, and two emails are then automatically sent to the new user The first email will contain the CEO portal Company ID and the user's User ID, and the second email will contain the user's systemgenerated Temporary Password With these three credentials, the new user can then sign on to the CEO portal for the first time 12
A second Admin will decision the setup Review and decision the setup from the Verification Summary Case #2: Display on Screen selected for Credential Delivery When the second Administrator Accepts the profile build, it goes live, and the new user's Temporary Password is then system-generated and displayed Before clicking Close, the second Admin must make note of the Temporary Password and User ID, and then manually provide these to the new user (along with the CEO Company ID) With these three credentials, the new user can then sign on to the CEO portal for the first time 13

Deposit Approver role (option) Available upon request The Deposit Approver role allows one company user to create, scan, and balance a deposit, and second company user to approve that same deposit before transmitting it to the bank A deposit approver is an internal approver within your group, not an approver at the bank (you can have multiple deposit approvers) If you request the deposit approver role, it applies at the account-level (all deposits made through the CEO Desktop Deposit service on that account will need approval for submission by an authorized approver) Deposit approvers cannot have rights to create deposits on the accounts that they are authorized as approvers on (Scan/Balance/Rekey the MICR access is not allowed) You must request this optional role be added to your Desktop Deposit service at the account-level through your Relationship Manager/Banker or an Implementation Coordinator - you do not have the option to turn on the deposit approver role within your Self Administration service, company-level settings (or the Desktop Deposit Settings link) The Pending Deposits homepage in the Desktop Deposit service will indicate an Approval Required or Rejected status, per deposit, for accounts enrolled on the deposit approver role At this time, the deposit approver role is not available for deposits on CEO Mobile Deposit 24
