OUR COATINGS SOLUTIONS PVD is a thin ceramic coating with high adhesion; hardness higher than any galvanic coating, low friction, high resistance to oxidation and protects against thermal and chemical attack. Resists wear by abrasion and adhesion; is chemically inert and biocompatible. WS2 is a high tech coating lubricant that reduces friction to 0.03; exceptional lubrication; permanent release agent; approved for food industry. Molecular adhesion to any metal or resin substrate, with a thickness of 0.5 microns. Metallic = PVD + WS2 Co-depositing a highly ionised PVD layer and an inter-metallic lubricant. Improve forming tool performance by as much as 10 fold. 5
ID DEPARTMENT We provide: 1. New coating solutions 2. Improvements of PVD solutions 1. Internally 2. Partnership with external entities 3. Coatings customization according to customer specifications 4. Coating characterization 5. Quality and resistance tests
OUR CONTROL QUALITY Thickness - Kalotest Resistance Scratch test Washing Resistance Dishwasher and US tests Individual visual control of all parts before and after PVD coated.
OUR COATINGS SOLUTIONS Physical Vapour Deposition PVD COATING Thin high-tech coating with high adhesion, performed in a plasma deposition process through a high-vacuum chamber. Range of temperatures vary across 150 and 500 C Coatings with high purity, chemically inert and biocompatible. Controlled thickness between 0.5 0.8μm (Decorative) and 2-6μm (Functional). 8
DECORATIVE PVD Deposition of Zirconium, Titanium, Chromium or other combinations of metal ions, with reactive gases in high vacuum chambers. The applied coating maintains the original finish: polished, mate, satin or brushed. We offer a range of colors with guaranteed Uniformity and High production output in the short, medium and long-term.
