C) Landscaping The Seller will do landscaping in front of the house and two (2) three (3) maple according to town regulations. The Seller s obligation shall be limited to the spreading of the existing and available topsoil on the area of the lot which was disturbed during construction and the planting of grass seed. The Seller will not be responsible for any washouts of soil or seed, poor or inadequate germination, minor water pocketing or pounding, dead trees, springs that may appear, rock or stone, ground settlement, and any or all forms of erosion. If the lot is wooded, the Seller shall only remove the trees he deems necessary to remove. The Buyer shall have no choice as to which treet to be removed. Town gives a limit of clearing. Seller provides 25 bushes and 3 maples. D) Builder will not be responsible for any water conditioning units, or filters, IF APPLICABLE.

20) GENERAL: A) All work will conform to all town regulations, state building codes, and national electrical code.
