LOGISTICS CENTRE - RIGA AIRPORT Investment proposal for construction and operation of a new logistics centre Total land area: 5.5 ha. Estimated time of project implementation 12 months from the start of construction works. Technical design (blueprints) with building permit already available. 2 options for investment: Invest, build and operate invest into logistics center and use land at the most valuable aerodrome land plot directly connected to the operational cargo apron; Long-term concession agreement start operations of logistics and distribution without initial investments (Riga airport can provide investments into the building of aviation logistics center) and share benefits of business with Riga airport.
