Passive Fire Suppression Cellular glass cubes uniformly packed in a UV resistant PE storage bag. Placed on the bottom of LNG spill containment pits or sumps. In the event of a leak, the bags float to the surface of the LNG. Should the LNG ignite, the bags melt away to release the cubes to mitigate the thermal radiation.
