COMMUNICATION Otto s scope of work document defines our comprehensive commitment to your A&D project. Our full-time Project Manager provides you peace of mind and ensures you receive communication reports reflecting the following information: Daily cart delivery goal Actual number of carts delivered Number of carts per crew And much more! COST MANAGEMENT Since A&D is one of our core competencies, we take every opportunity to improve our systems, procedures and communication to make sure you receive the most cost effective program available. Utilization of Otto s A&D program eliminates several costs including use of your employee resources, potential workers compensation requests and overtime expenses. EFFICIENCY A project s success is won or lost in the front end planning. Otto s A&D Workbook, a customized planning tool, is used for developing the most efficient A&D process. PLANNING START 6 Weeks Prior To Deployment Customer notifies Otto of a potential A&D project. A dedicated Project Manager collaborates with customer to gather details of the A&D project by utilizing Otto s A&D Checklist. A&D Checklist The A&D Checklist is used to capture information necessary to assess work requirements in order to provide a quote for services, including: Collection start date Cart model and quantity information Tracking requirements including RFID, barcode, GPS (lat/long) & serial number Literature packet requirements And more! A&D Quote Provided To Customer Utilizing extensive experience in managing and executing successful A&D roll-outs, Otto prepares a quote for the customer tailored to their specific requirements, including the number of containers and tracking technology required.

OTTO A&D WORKBOOK Extensive Project Planning Starts Here The A&D Workbook is Otto s internal tracking of all project details. This planning tool is unique to Otto s operations as it compiles all information necessary for a successful A&D based on Otto s extensive experience in performing A&D projects. PLANNING 6-4 WEEKS OTTOEVERY DETAIL PLANS Start Date Established Once an agreed upon start date is established, Otto will kick-off internal project processes including equipment preparation, assigning professional, insured, DOT & OSHA compliant crews, as well as adding the container order to Otto s production schedule. Otto will also set up weekly pre-deployment calls with the customer to discuss project status updates. Establishing Project Scope At four weeks prior to deployment, Otto will meet with the customer to establish the scope of the A&D project. Otto utilizes custom planning tools to track specific requirements and ensure the right questions are asked and answered! Scope Of Work Once the scope of work is finalized, a proposal is sent to the customer outlining the commitments of both Otto and the customer for the A&D project. This document outlines milestone dates, cart information, deployment plan, cost structure, liability, etc.

3 WEEKS Confirmation Of Project Assets At three weeks prior to deployment, Otto will confirm all project assets including a cart staging area, equipment, crews, etc. In addition, Otto s IT Team will scrub and verify the address list to ensure that all addresses are complete and within town limits. This translates to increased efficiency during cart delivery. Also, the hauler/municipality can use this accurate address list to improve their billing systems. EXECUTION DAY 1 Pre-Deployment Meeting On the first day of cart deployment, the Project Manager holds a pre-deployment meeting confirming that all carts and equipment are on site and available for deployment. In addition, safety training and deployment instructions are provided to all crews. Assembly Carts are assembled by inserting the steel axle into the cart base and attaching two snap on wheels. The majority of the time, this occurs on the truck while carts are being delivered in the field. Delivery Carts are delivered to homes by a crew consisting of a DOT certified driver, RFID or barcode scanner or serial number recorder, (if applicable) one cart builder, and two hoppers placing carts at the curb. Carts are delivered curbside to the approved address list, Monday through Friday with optional Saturday deliveries.

DAY 2 Clean-Up It can be expected that some additional clean-up may be required due to delivery exceptions. For example, residents who move in or move out during the delivery period may need carts delivered or removed as applicable. Otto s custom A&D tracking software provides immediate feedback which allows for Otto to begin clean-up as early as day two, in parallel with the duration of the project. This prevents a back-log of clean-up at the end of an A&D project as well as increased resident satisfaction during project execution. EXECUTION PROJECT COMPLETION Follow-Up Once delivery of an A&D project has been completed, Otto will provide delivery data and have a call or meeting with the customer to review the data. IT services will be available for questions. Otto s Area Sales Manager will provide ongoing support if additional questions arise post-delivery. CONTINUE WITH OTTO CONTAINER MANAGEMENT Ensuring Project Expectations Are Exceeded The Project Completion Form is provided to the customer at the completion of an A&D project. It must be filled out and signed by the customer prior to the A&D Project Manager leaving the project location. It includes project detail information and an assessment survey on Otto s performance. RFID BARCODE 688600000000000001832881 6495 7942071 The plastic RFID tag is placed inside the handle of the cart during assembly at Otto s manufacturing facility and secured in place once the hinge pins are fastened to the lid. The RFID tags can be utilized with Otto s truck collection or work order management technology solutions. Otto offers two types of barcodes, a sticker barcode or a resin-based graphic. The resinbase barcodes are a permanent solution. Both types of barcodes are located on the side of the container and a barcode scanner is utilized to transfer information to a database.
