GCSS-Army Transaction Guide Display Overage Reparable Report - Extended Report for Wave 2 (ZOAREP) Business Purpose Use this transaction to display a list of recoverable/reparable materials that are to be processed for turn-in to a Supply Support Activity (SSA). Business Trigger Perform this transaction when you need to monitor the list of recoverable/reparable materials that are to be processed for turn-in to an SSA. Navigating to the Transaction To navigate to the transaction, type ZOAREP in the SAP Easy Access screen Command field and press Enter.

Enter the alphanumeric code of the supporting SSA storage location (SLoc) that is to receive the recoverable/reparable material turn-in. 2. Type your entry in the Issuing Storage Loc. field (for example, 002P). Enter the alphanumeric code of the Unit's SLoc that is to turn-in the recoverable/reparable material. 3. Click the Execute button to run the transaction.

Identifies the Unit s SLoc that must turn-in the recoverables/reparables to the SSA. Identifies the Unit s Department of Defense Activity Address Code. Provides an indicator if the Unit is a Standard Army Maintenance System-Extended (SAMS-E) Standard Army Management Information System (STAMIS) Customer.

Identifies the total amount of the credit that is expected for the recoverable/ reparable materials that are due for turn-in from the selected Unit SLoc.
