HOW TO PARTICIPATE We will provide a 10% returning sponsor discount through June 15th to the previous year sponsors who resign. JUN 15 Returning Discount ends AUG 1 Contracts due/ booth selection starts SEP 6 All deliverables due/final OCT 23 26 Deltek Insight BOOTH SELECTION Booth selection will take place in early August 2016. At that time, sponsors will have the opportunity to select the booth of their choice in their sponsorship level (based on availability).
