NEWS IMI Interativa has developed a new website in terms of a new platform, improved navigation and new features Following the concepts of Kaizen program continuous improvement, IMI Interativa noted the need to improve its presence in the virtual world. Factors such as having a more dynamic page platform, compatible with various screens; adding new pages and features, among others, were the ones that led us strive for updating our calling card on the internet and offer a new and modern site. The new site offers better navigation; responsive¹ layout; compatibility with mobile devices such as smartphones and Tablets; among other innovations. One of them, which cannot be excluded, is the new NEWS page. There, our employees, suppliers, partners and customers can be up to date of all events in IMI Interativa as they happen and not only in the quarterly statement of our Newsletter. ¹Responsive Layout: Site is compatible with various types of devices and screens In addition, users who access our site and register in our newsletter list will receive at least once a month, a summary by e-mail of all the events of the month. Inaugurated at the beginning of this year, a new platform of communication and interaction for all divisions and group companies. From there, all employees will have access to exclusive content, such as downloading material, videos, books, profiles, etc. Another innovation coming soon is the new site of IMI Critical Engineering. Even without further information, the release date of the website is scheduled for May 1, 2015. IMI Plc. has been working to unify the communication of the group companies, and facilitate the identification and contact by customers and suppliers. As part of this work, IMI Interativa e-mails will be soon @imi-critical.com. As it is still on the test phase, the change has no date to happen, however, it is a fact.. 3

TRAINING Company begins 2015 investing in training and updating of its employees Forklift operation refresher training Last January 23, in Rio de Janeiro city, GLP combustion forklift operation refreshing course was offered to our employees of productive and logistic areas. The refresher training is aimed to keep our employees able and updated regarding to safety procedures and the correct way to operate equipment. Yellow-Belt training More than 70 employees are participating in Yellow Belt training course, which aims to use Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools to search for waste reduction, increased productivity and better results. Employees were divided in 4 groups and practices are planned to be completed for May 12, with the delivery of projects proposing improvements and/or cost reduction. 5
Hoist operation refresher training In March, electric hoist operation refresher course was promoted. The course based on Regulatory Standard (NR 11) of the Ministry of Labor and Employment that regulates transport, storage and material handling, aims to update the knowledge of employees in equipment s operation following all safety procedures. Flow Control Exchange Brazil In March, our External Sales Supervisor Bruno Donizete, Industrial Director Fabio Zaina, Outside Vendor Anderson Moura and Jean-Luc of IMI Truflo Rona Company participated in Flow Control Exchange Conference and Exhibition in Rio de Janeiro. The goal was to update their knowledge and monitoring of industrial valves and flow control market. 6

SSI AUDIT IMI Interativa exceeds the goal and conquers the 4th place in Critical Engineering Division On January 22, 2015, IMI Interativa received the visit of IMI Norgren auditors Daniel Hernandes from Mexico and Greg Fedorczak from USA who carried out the second assessment of Lean Manufacturing. In the first audit carried out in June, 2014, IMI Interativa reached the implementation margin of 29,1% of Lean Manufacturing program. Today, 6 months later, thanks to the efforts of the entire board and employees we exceeded by 5,6% the target of 39% set for the implementation period, reaching the mark of 44,7%. Thus, IMI Interativa rose from 18th to 4th place in the ranking of Critical Engineering Division companies. We will continue striving to reduce costs, waste and work accidents aiming to improve processes and maximize productivity, and as a result, be recognized for the quality of processes, products and services. KAIZEN PROGRAM Company implements the program in order to promote continuous improvement In December 2014, IMI Interativa implemented Kaizen, continuous improvement program that aims to enable the suggestion of improvements, cost reduction, increased productivity and safety. The program is based on Lean Manufacturing and 8 wastes reduction: The way Kaizen works in IMI Interativa Kaizen forms are available at strategic points of the company (factory and office) and they are used for employees to fill out improvement suggestions. When they are completed and delivered, Kaizen forms go through an initial assessment of the responsible sector and, after that, head to Board for approval. Defects Transportation Inventory Overproduction The employee author of Kaizen receives a response from his suggestion whether it was approved or not, and why - within 15 days, average period. Waiting Motion Extraprocessing Non-utilized talent During 4 months of program, more than 63 suggestions Kaizen have been delivered - 57 of them are already approved, and many of them are in implementation. Production line adopts Andon system for better operational control Andon System At the end of December IMI Interativa also implemented Andon system, which consists in a lighting system that aims to make more visible the workstation and easily understand the progress of each assembly line. A steady green light means that the entire assembly process is flowing properly. When yellow or red lights, it means that something is missing for the assembly or the operator needs help. The implementation of the system is part of IMI Interativa Lean Manufacturing and SSI (Smart System Interactive IMI) aims to continuously improve its processes and quality of products and services. 9
INTERVIEW Meet Renato Silva, Coordinator of IMI Interativa Warehouse Name: Renato Soares da Silva Age: 33 years old Marital Status: Married Education: Logstics Technical Job: Warehouse coordinator Tempo de empresa: 3 years Hometown: São Paulo/SP City of residence: Sorocaba/SP Children: 2 boys Company employee for more than three years, Renato Silva has gotten far thanks to his effort and dedication. He started in the company in the Reception Area, passing through the Warehouse and Shipping. He began his career at age 16 as stock boy in a supermarket chain. Since then, he worked as logistic and shipping assistant, storekeeper, etc. Graduated in 2014 as Logistics technician, today Renato coordinates a team of 6 people. He is responsible for reception and warehouse, inventory motion, rotating inventories, among other functions. Married and father of two children, Renato today lives a healthy life. A year ago, and after a little health problem, a friend call him to practice exercise regularly in order to maintain his health up to date. When asked about his personal and professional plans for the next 5 years, Renato said to be the reform of his house and be responsible for all logistics of IMI Interativa: Today I feel much more confidence in the actions proposed. 10
Employees End-of-year Party Last December 19, IMI Interativa employees said good bye to 2014, with a nice party, food and musical performances. The party began with the gratitude of Director Luiz Vitali in the name of the Board, showing a video retrospective with IMI Interativa improvements and achievements during 2014. Furthermore, the party had a Talent Show where the employees showed their musical gifts.
