Dugan Sheehan, Principal Engineer Azure Product Architect at Rackspace Dugan Sheehan is a Principal on Rackspace's Microsoft Cloud team. As a product architect, his role it to help shape the look and feel of Rackspace s Fanatical Support for Microsoft Azure. His responsibilities include scripting and design work, as well as consulting and implementation activities for complex customer environments. As a 12 year veteran of the company, Dugan has worked in an variety of roles with an assortment of technologies. As a Lead Architect he helped manage several large, geographically distributed, hybrid server environments. Also, as product engineer he was instrumental in helping launch 2 new Microsoft Product offerings, Fanatical Support for Hyper-V private cloud and Fanatical Support for Azure. In addition to numerous technical certifications, Dugan also holds a Master s degree in business administration. Operating in both customer facing and engineering roles, Dugan is passionate about finding creative ways to leverage technology to solve customer s business challenges. 2
