Join Stock Company NAUJASIS NEVĖŽIS Naujasis Nevėžis is a producer of breakfast cereals and other cereal snacks, using wholesome and natural products. Place / Date The company s main areas of development include the production of new products and quality improvement of the existing products. Naujasis Nevėžis applies the technology of extrusion, which allows it to retain unchanged nutrients in raw materials. The other oneness of chips is that for producing chips use not only potato cereals, but also grain cereals, such as wheat, corn and oats. Owing to it, the product is enriched by wider range of nutrients. ITEA 2-6

Objects of investigation - Local cereal raw materials such as rye and buckwheat open perspectives: increase of the extruded product assortment; the development of new raw materials for food industry. Introduction Cereals, at the base of the food pyramid, are the cornerstone of healthy eating.
