GlobalEdge Office Etiquette Do's and Dont's Do's: 1. Swipe your Access card while moving in and out of the office. 2. Display of Access Card is Mandatory while in Office Premises (only Lanyard is allowed). 3. Temporary Access card have to be collected from the Security if you forgot to bring your Access card by signing the attendance register available reception. at the 4. Attire should be as per the Business Attire Policy. 5. Employee is expected to log in for a minimum of 9 hours everyday. Lunch Time between: 1 2 pm for Half an Hour. 6. Use Telephone facilities judiciously. 7. Fill time sheets everyday. 8. Apply for leave in Spandana and get it approved from the Manager. 9. English should be used as a Common language in the Meetings. 10. Update the personal information records (Address, Phone number, Educational details, personal details etc.,) in Spandana and inform the same to respective HRBP whenever there is a change immediately. 11. All Employee queries/ Requests / Complaints to any department should be raised through Spandana. 12. Use Suggestion Box on Spandana to send your suggestions to different departments. 13. Dont's: 1. Don't Piggy back for entry and exit into the office premises. 2. Avoid chatting with your colleagues during working hours. 3. Don t take out any property of the company without the permission of the concerned authority. 4. Don t reveal confidential information to outsiders. 5. Don t Use the office facilities for personal purposes. 6. Don t Loiter, smoke, consume alcohol in the office premises 7. Don't have loud discussions in the open areas within the office 8. Avoid loud tunes of Mobile phones during office hours or Mobile phones should be turned to Silent mode. 9. Avoid usage of Laptop in the meetings except for recording MOMs of the Meeting. 10. Avoid long personal calls during office hours. 11. Don't discuss about the Compensation / Benefits with your Colleagues. 12. Avoid listening to FM/Music in your mobile/other gadgets loudly while working in office premises. 13. Information Security Do's and Dont's Do's: 1. Swipe your access card while passing in/out through the access controlled doors. Need to sign the attendance register while getting issued with temporary access card. 2. Lock your workstations when not in use. 3. Change your passwords at least once in 60 days. 4. Keep your personal belongings in the assigned Credenzas kept locked. 5. Inform N & S if you find any virus/discrepancies in your computer. 6. In case of any Fire emergencies, Rush towards the Emergency Exit Doors and use Stair Case. Don t use Lifts. 7. Switch off CPU/Monitor when not in use or by end of the day. 8. Declare all the magnetic media like CD/DVD /Pendrives before bringing it to the premises with the security. 9. Personal Laptops and USB devices/external hard disks should not be carried to workspace. In case of any emergency, need to take prior approval from N & S head for the same and proceed accordingly as per the instructions given. 10. Report any Security Incidents to ISMS@globaledgesoft.com 11. Install and use softwares verified and approved by reporting manager and Sysadmin. 12. While bringing any Customer Supplied Items from Customer Site, Inform N & S dept and get it registered. 13. Need to get prior approval of Gate-Pass and clearance from N & S dept while returning the customer supplied items. 14. All movement of Assets in and out of GlobalEdge premises need to be entered in the Gate-pass Register. 15. Respective Employee is responsible for the Company assets assigned to them. 16. Charge your mobiles in Power sockets only. 17. Do Shred all the printed materials if not required. GlobalEdge Internal Page:5of 9

Dont's: 1. Don't reveal your passwords to anyone including your team members. 2. Don't install illegal and unauthorized software/shareware. 3. Don't waste paper by giving unnecessary printouts. 4. Don't use E-Mail for sending bulk personal mails. 5. Don t allow visitors to your work area. 6. Don t allow others to piggybacking while entering or leaving GlobalEdge premises. 7. Don't share any Files & Folders unless it is required for project purposes. 8. Don't keep any sensitive (Confidential/Restricted) information on your desk 9. Don't stop any anti-virus programs running in your computer. 10. Don't bypass the default network settings. 11. Don't use alternate proxy server for accessing the blocked sites. 12. Don't connect your machines/laptops to unauthorized Access Points which are not relevant your projects. 13. Don't discuss with your Personal Acquaintance / Publish your Project Profile with Client names in Social Networking /Public Sites like Orkut, Facebook, LinkedIn etc., 14. Don t store your passwords in browsers including Spandana and SVN passwords 15. Don t use Smart phones for Charging or as Camera Device. it is strictly prohibited 16. Don t share System Account to others. It is prohibited. 17. Do not let others use your system, you are accountable. 18. Don t use any kind of Storage media while at work place (Ex: External Hard Disks, CD-ROM s, DVD s, Floppy Disks, USB flash, ipods & MP3). It is prohibited. 19. Don't install illegal and unauthorized software/shareware. 20. Don t connect any personal devices to Official systems. 21. Don t use USBs for Power charging purpose. 22. Etiquettes While At Client Location 1. Holidays at the Client place is applicable to employees deputed from Globaledge to Client place. 2. Approval from the Client manager is Mandatory for any leave availed. 3. Employee need to seek approval from GlobalEdge reporting manager before availing leave. 4. Employees who avails more than 3 consecutive days of leave need to inform their respective GlobalEdge HRBP immediately. 5. It is essential that employee puts standard hours as per client policy and complete all the assigned tasks. 6. Employees need to adhere to the stretching of working hours (on need basis) due to business priorities or criticality of the task assigned by the client manager. 7. Any Long leave should be planned well in advance and communicated to the Client manager, BD Account Head and the respective HRBP at GlobalEdge. 8. Employees must adhere to the Office work timings / Security policy/ Policies and Procedures at the Client location. 9. Update the Team at GlobalEdge on the Client E-mail Id and the Desk Phone number with Extension within 3 days from deputation. 10. Leave details for the month has to be updated on Spandana before 10 th of the subsequent Month. 11. Approved Timesheets from the client has to be sent on the last working day of the month to the concerned HRBP. 12. Don't discuss any confidential / Project information about GlobalEdge with your Colleagues at Client location. 13. Any Issues / Queries / Information required other than work -related should be discussed with the team at GlobalEdge. 14. Any issue/concerns about role clarity, work assignments, PMS, non cooperation by team members etc must be discussed with Globaledge GlobalEdge Internal Page:7of 9

reporting manager and Globaledge HRBP/Account manager 15. Don't discuss about the Compensation / Benefits with your Colleagues at the Client place/ GlobalEdge. 16. Information Security/Physical Security/Network Security at Client locations need to be strictly adhered without compromise. 17. Strict adherence of usage of assets has to be as per the terms and conditions of the client. 18. Annual revisions and increments should not be discussed with the client manager and Peers. 19. All employees will be bound by the Confidentiality policy of GlobalEdge as well as that of the client in which such employee is engaged and shall sign a Non Disclosure agreement and Confidentiality Agreement Mandating the Employee to observe strict Confidentiality of information 20. All employees should update their technical skillset in Spandana and send their updated profile in GlobalEdge format to Resource Manager once in every 6 Months 21. Employee must not discuss resignation information with Client Manager/colleagues/ friends both in the client location or otherwise. 22. Employee must intimate/send the resignation to Global Edge reporting manager/ Global Edge-HRBP / Account Manager only and not to client manager. 23. Employee has to serve the notice period, as per the duration mentioned in the appointment letter from the date of resignation subject to acceptance of resignation by HR. 24. Relieving date will be communicated to the employee by GlobalEdge reporting manager / GlobalEdge HRBP/Account manager once the information received from the Customer. Employees are not supposed to discuss/negotiate relieving date with the customers. GLOBALEDGE will initiate strict disciplinary action GlobalEdge Internal Page:8of 9
