General Information Enrolment To reserve your place at this event, please complete the details on this enrolment form and fax it as indicated on the form. Prices, including breakfast, are: IEC 3.207 BEF Royal Crown 4.950 BEF Attendees will be responsible for paying their own accommodation bills upon checkout. IBM will not process personal hotel bills. Hotel Cancellations Hotel rooms can be cancelled up to two days prior to your arrival without penalty. One night's accommodation will be charged to your credit card account for late cancellations and no-shows. Hotel changes and cancellation must be communicated by fax to the same number as for the enrolment. Fee The conference fee for this event is 1,213.93 exclusive of national VAT which will be applied where required. This fee provides access to all keynote and elective sessions, conference proceedings, meals and refreshments mentioned in the conference agenda. The conference fee will be billed to you by your local IBM Company in your local currency. GSE Members As an exclusive benefit of the collaboration between IBM and GUIDE SHARE EUROPE in organizing this event, those GSE Installation Members sending delegates to the VM/ESA and VSE/ESA Technical Conference will receive a voucher valued at CHF 160 (or 100).
