A RETROSPECT The HR Conclave is one of the flagship events of CII Andhra Pradesh. The Conclave has over the years been addressed by stalwarts from the HR fraternity & Industry. The HR Conclave - 2004 on Changing face of Leadership - Transactional Leadership to Transformational Leadership aimed at addressing the various Issues, Challenges and Opportunities faced by the global leaders in the globally changing scenario and the need to define a global leader, who is ready to transform the organization and equip to lead from the front. The Conference attempted to create a road map to identify and address the challenges & opportunities for the true global leader who could lead the transition.
